My therapeutic approach focuses on helping clients rewrite incomplete or unhelpful narratives, build effective coping skills, and cultivate a sense of empowerment and hope. I primarily draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and mindfulness based interventions. In an environment of acceptance, compassion, and accountability, we will work together to create the change you want to see.
