Kalina Kostka, MS, LPC-IT
When life presents us with new challenges, we often find the tools we have at our disposal and the stories we tell ourselves don't serve us anymore. In moments like these, it can be helpful to reflect on core beliefs and expand skills to foster resiliency and move forward.
My therapeutic approach focuses on helping clients rewrite incomplete or unhelpful narratives, build effective coping skills, and cultivate a sense of empowerment and hope. I primarily draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and mindfulness based interventions. In an environment of acceptance, compassion, and accountability, we will work together to create the change you want to see.
