Insurance Coverage
Our services may be fully or partially covered by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. To understand your coverage, consider asking these key questions:

Navigating insurance can be complex, and we are here to help. As a courtesy, we will contact your insurance company before your first visit to determine your benefits, provided you share the necessary information in your intake paperwork. Please note that insurance companies cannot guarantee payment for services over the phone. Therefore, you are ultimately responsible for any costs not covered by your insurance. It is beneficial to understand your outpatient mental health benefits before your first appointment. We will submit claims to your insurance company if you provide current insurance information. Our fees may vary based on your insurance company’s fee schedule.
Self-Payment Options
For those opting not to use insurance, we offer a detailed fee schedule for sessions, included in the intake paperwork. If you have any questions about our services and fees, please discuss them with your therapist.
Payment Policies
We require that co-pays and visit fees be paid at the time of service or upon insurance processing, especially when deductibles, co-insurance, or additional plan requirements are involved. These payments can be applied against any unmet deductibles. If your insurance company pays more than anticipated, we will credit your account. We accept credit cards, personal checks, and cash. For any questions regarding clinic fees, please contact our office staff.
Financial Policies
A $30 fee will be charged for any check returned by your bank. This fee must be paid before or at the time of your next scheduled visit.
Appointment Cancellations
We require 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. You may call our office staff to cancel, or leave a message in our voicemail system after hours or on weekends; our voicemail is time-stamped. If we do not receive timely notice, a “missed appointment fee” will be added to your account.
Payment Obligations
Our team is dedicated to providing supportive and compassionate care. To continue offering services to the community, we rely on prompt payment for services rendered. If you encounter financial difficulties, please speak with our office staff to arrange a flexible payment plan. If financial obligations are not met, we may need to pause further sessions until payment account is resolved.
